Born in Galveston Tx, raised in Texas City Tx. Texas City is right outside of Houston and Birthplace of the U.S. Air Force. The South side of Texas City were the stomping grounds in which Yung Gunna Boi learned the ropes. Coming from a musical background with a father who also have ties in the music industry, fate is in evitable. Unique and catchy, a name like Yung Gunna Boi would capture any wondering mind without a doubt. Music has always been a passion but was never took seriously. It wasn’t until 2010 when Gunna Boi was serving a 4yr sentence in the Texas State penitentiary, he noticed how serious a change was needed. “I’m inspired by real family and those who support the real” as Yung Gunna Boi would say. Owner and CEO of Ova Smoke Entertainment, and also Co Owner of Blood Diamond Inc. Working hard is just exercise, providing is the Gift. Two kids and Wife Gunna Boi still manages to balance out his home from career. “ My goal is to own everything I put my mark on, and make sure my kids are prepared for the world”.
