A deep and personal affinity for life is the type of reality you enter when listening to Yung Zen. He vulnerably opens up about issues addressing mental health, addiction, and anxiety. At 16 years young, Camden Lee goes by Yung Zen. His parents split at 4 years of age and he watched as his mother struggled to provide for their necessities. Their situation got better over the years, and he found a strong identity when he stayed with his father, but it was also where he lost a lot of meaningful people. Living between states with Maryland allows him to broaden his musical reach and build relationships. One of those is <a href="spotify:artist:3CEVYxjzKi1ArF2stUbxSd" data-name="Darza">Darza</a> , an artist from Baltimore, Maryland, with who he attributes pushing his passion and has produced several projects with. Zen started taking music seriously toward the beginning of summer 2020 and flourished. He started releasing music with Bangers Only Distribution in 2021 who helped broaden his fanbase. Since releasing with them his songs have gained popularity, projects like <a href="spotify:album:0oSmIGJBhxipRlh5BDvkNp" data-name="Get Zeninated!">Get Zeninated!</a> with production help from Lukas and Gxvn, 2 producers he is heavily connected with. Following the EP, he released Better Without Me on October 12, 2021, a thoughtful song and music video featuring <a href="spotify:artist:6Nva7zbbWtdjgqeHwHmxJs" data-name="Reyhan!">Reyhan!</a> bringing his dreams to reality.
