Jenson Yu &#39;Yuson&#39;, 22, is an artist from Manila. Currently, his genre mainly focuses on the sound of R&amp;B drawing inspiration from local artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:0n4a5imdLBN24fIrBWoqrv" data-name="Because">Because</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:2G7VQ1kVhVfNagytlousgm" data-name="Al James">Al James</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:3KovZIDNYgQY8chiNZo2ZF" data-name="Just Hush">Just Hush</a>. His musical career journey started on Taft Avenue in 2019, with his compositions of Tulog, <a href="spotify:album:1i2pYCrk8mmApHmb4tQkNQ" data-name="Chinigang">Chinigang</a>, and <a href="spotify:album:6weXDMAi3qkcpvSpGUgU39" data-name="Drive">Drive</a>.

In 2021, his first solo rap/alternative R&amp;B EP release was entitled, <a href="spotify:album:1XupkRNplpC4QBdfIghCHL" data-name="ETT 2805">ETT 2805</a>, a 5-track EP about a love-hate-confusing relationship. Following that release, was the first time he was featured in a curated Spotify Playlist with his song &#34;<a href="spotify:track:2CdY3zgeqIz1bTU9dVS0cn" data-name="Lito">Lito</a>&#34; from his solo EP in the <a href="spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DXd41OiKoLJY1" data-name="Fresh Finds Philippines">Fresh Finds Philippines</a> playlist.

His latest track release &#34;<a href="spotify:track:6Q92JP9tlP08hHqExqKeC1" data-name="MALABO">MALABO</a>&#34;, is derived from the phrase &#34;malabo nang magbalikan&#34;, and talks about a failed relationship following the story of his solo EP, <a href="spotify:album:1XupkRNplpC4QBdfIghCHL" data-name="ETT 2805">ETT 2805</a>.
