YZ

YZ is a puertorican born artist raised in Carolina that through his childhood moved a lot living in places like Guaynabo, Trujillo Alto, Orlando and Juncos. He grew up listening to what we call the “coritos' ' that means church songs.. Having two sisters living in Orlando makes an influence in the music he listens to, making him fall in love with artists such as Lil Wayne and Drake. This type of music next to Mayitza his older sister, also a writer artist producer, introduced YZ at the age of 12 to a home studio where he fell in love with music. Making him more a fan of English bass music than reggaetón, but has some Latin influences such as Mora, Eladio Carrion, JhayCo and Arcángel. Since the start of his musical journey has been working as an writer working with local Puerto Rican talents and Bodiners. Also he was a freestyler making appearances on “La Guerrilla” that’s the Puerto Rico Freestyle league and Trap House Latino with 47 that was a group of freestylers in FrestyleMania. Now he's introducing to the world his new Single showty. Setting the tone of his professional career as an artist in this 2022.
