Zac Chastain embodies his country roots and raising from north Georgia with his style of living and music. People describe him as a down to earth good ol’ country boy who still loves to hunt and fish and play country music. He was baptized in great music from an early age with artists and bands such as, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Hank Williams Jr, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and many others. Loving the screaming guitars from southern rock n roll and the crying steel guitars of classic country, he formed his own style of sound steeped in traditional country, blues and a little rock. His music would be at home in any honky tonk jukebox or on a bar stage singing to 1 or 1000. Zac is blazing his own trail while still honoring the greats that came before him with songs like Living A Country Song that talks about his upbringing in country music and drinking in bars listening to music since he was 15. He is no stranger to the music scene tho, he has been cutting his teeth leading his old band around the southeast since 2019 while he has developed his own style and sound and now he is on a mission to give it to the world! Touring all over the US, he has gained notoriety as a true musician, songwriter and friend. And over this time has opened for artists such as Alex Williams, Hannah Dasher, The Comancheros, Tony Logue, Joe Stamm, more.
