16 years a hired guitarist and an accomplished solo artist, Zach Short is a 31 year old guitar expert and innovative songwriter. Short's vocals though soft and sweet are contrasted by the emotional gritty yells on his 10/10/2020 single release "Go". Short's guitar work is reminiscent of classic guitarists such as Hendrix and Stevie Ray Vaughn but hold a melodic center similar to that of Santana and John Mayer.

Zach started playing the guitar at the age of 12 and was playing as a hired guitarist by age 15 at venues local to Tulsa, Oklahoma including the historic Cains Ballroom. He has played multiple venues throughout the midwest and even made his way to SXSW to play a showcase opening up for the late Leon Russell.

Now living in Tampa,Florida Zach continues to rewrite his story through his songs. His lyrics which are often introspective and inspiring hold a message of self truth. "I often write from experience, but that doesn't mean the song is necessarily my exact story. I use bits of my life to try and capture meaningful moments in my songs." -Zach Short
