Zakyz

Zakyz is an artist born in the year 2000 in Turin, Italy.
At a very young age he came into contact with the music world, influenced as well from his father, who is a professional musician.
He started playing drums at the age of 7, which provided him with a remarkable sense of rhythm that later turned out to be very useful. In addition, he developed a true passion for the arts, starting with the world of street art and graffiti. Therefore, this fueled his real passion for the genre, which led him to face several freestyle - rap "battles" and then the creation of many tracks with emerging producers and artists.
After years of training, Zakyz had the opportunity to perform on national stages such as GoaBoa festival (GE) in 2017, Magazzini Generali (MI) and Wow Club (TO) in 2019.
We would like to emphasise the fact that the tracks Zakyz is working on, combine the concept of ART and the one of MUSIC, also due to the artist’s fine skills in both fields, we were able to develop a largely innovative creative process.
In fact, Zakyz is graduated in figurative arts at the “Primo liceo artistico” of Turin
and decided to continue his path by attending the painting course at the University “Accademia Albertina delle belle arti” in Turin.
The combination between all these experiences allowed him to set himself a goal such as the true fusion between these two art worlds.
