Zalinki, an illustrator and animator known mostly for his online cartoons on YouTube slowly began his foray into music by uploading singles to Soundcloud in early 2017 and has built up a cult following over the years since. Originally slated for a release in March of 2021, When Death Was Mine, the debut album by Zalinki was finally f*ckin released as of November 2024. An assortment of bedroom pop styles and trimmings alongside long cherished fan favorites finally get their streaming accessibility in what has been a long and tiresome game of "soon".
