Zan'Ten

Zan'Ten is a dynamic DJ and producer duo that's reshaping the amapiano music scene. The duo's sound is distinctive, driven by deep basslines and engaging melodies that have captured the attention of audiences worldwide.

Zinzan Ndlela, is originally from Yeoville, Johannesburg, a culturally rich suburb that influenced his musical style. He began his career as a DJ before transitioning to production, where he gained recognition. A major milestone came with his collaboration with DJY Biza, which resulted in the massive hit "Bafo" – a track that won the TikTok Song of the Year in 2022. Zan'Ten's blend of rhythm and energy continues to make waves in the industry.

Maten, born Philani Dladla, grew up in the energetic yet gritty streets of Soweto. Much like Zan, he started his journey as a DJ, but the COVID-19 pandemic pushed him to explore music production when live performances were halted. MaTen's big break came with his production of "Shaker Smart" with Mellow & Sleazy, a track that propelled his career and solidified his place in the amapiano scene. His ability to blend deep grooves with captivating rhythms has made him a standout figure in the genre, marking the beginning of an exciting journey in the world of music.

After a brief hiatus, Zan'Ten has reunited, bringing a revitalized energy and a bold new
direction to their music.
