Born in 1990 and raised in Perissos, Athens, Greece, <a href="spotify:artist:2rOCbGzPnXiMGB3P5tCVEj" data-name="Zarou">Zarou</a> is a rap/hip hop artist. Though Zarou first appeared with the group MZ+3NTAN alongside his friend and group member <a href="spotify:artist:0BXIPVuFFiA6gO4qCXlEXK" data-name="Tavou">Tavou</a> in 2007, he quickly got connected with the local rap scene and started performing in Athens together with a group called O.K.X. in 2009. In the next years through a series of unlabeled singles and collaborations with local rap artists, Zarou marked his unique style of incorporating singing in rap verses. In 2011 Zarou and Tavou in Lesvos Island, Greece founded a rap group called N.E.S. with a cast of rappers from all over Greece, which later transformed into the band Chaussettes Differentes which spanned artists from different countries of Europe. In 2014 Zarou dissappeared from the rap scene only to re-emerge in 2017 with the creation of a group called <a href="spotify:artist:2DixwSXKgdRqMWeOyIwShU" data-name="Kick The Bucket">Kick The Bucket</a>, alongside <a href="spotify:artist:6rJKlJ0QMn1fDzUcV3QYUs" data-name="Mista Blackouts">Mista Blackouts</a>, More and <a href="spotify:artist:0BXIPVuFFiA6gO4qCXlEXK" data-name="Tavou">Tavou</a>. In 2018 Kick The Bucket released a series of singles and tracks, thus forming the first unofficial album of the group. In 2019 the first official album of Kick The Bucket was published, called <a href="spotify:track:6v9yLfmNkNp8pGpoZR4Nqy" data-name="Toso Mikroi Gia Ton Kosmo">Toso Mikroi Gia Ton Kosmo</a> and in 2023 came Zarou's first official solo album called "Τσιόρια Μπόρια & Ανέσεις" released from "The Bucket Sound Crypt" label.
