Zavium

Lesroy Williams, popularly known as Zavium, is a Jamaican recording artist, born to Marva Whittingham and Carl Williams on November 24, 1989. He grew up in the town of Anchovy St. James. At an early age, he developed a deep love and passion for music. Growing up he was greatly inspired by dancehall, gospel, reggae, hip-hop and soul. In 2010 he started creating rhythms with his friend Renardo Beckford at a corner shop. While listening to beats, Zavium became addicted to their sound and melody, so he started writing songs.
Music became a part of his life as he pushed himself to the limit to know the craft; how to put his lyrics together. To ensure he developed his craft, daily practice was mandatory in order to master song writing. His music journey started by performing at local stage shows in his hometown. Zavium recorded his first song ‘Holiday’ with West Click records, he later recorded songs such as Road Dwag, Gas Pedal, Bax, Money a Mi Hero and Bingo. His style of music is dancehall, dancehall trap and gangster soul reggae. His creativity allows for catchy songs, infused with crazy metaphors, incredible punchlines and fantastic performance that gives everyone a lovely vibe.
