Despite being just 23 years old, Zealot presents himself as a wise soul. Through the combination of talent, life experiences and his self reflective style, he is able to effectively engage his audience. Zealot is a diverse artist who thrives on new musical challenges. He has a made music across multiple genres including: Rap, Grime, R&B, Drill, Hip-Hop and even House.
Zealot is no stranger to struggle and his story reflects the hardship of many working class simple parent families. Zealot had his first guitar lesson at 11 years old and since then, has also learnt how to play piano. Throughout his early teens, he started experimenting with lyrics and became a massive fan of rap and grime music. Zealot then studied music production at Preston's College; where he graduated with a Level 3 Extended Diploma. Intent on making his dream a reality, he began gigging around the north west of England.
In 2015, Zealot landed his biggest gig to date, supporting highly Bugzy Malone in Liverpool. This resulted in numerous support slots, including for Invasion Alert and Lunar C. Zealot has also competed in a dozen rap battles and grime clashes, featuring on platforms such as Dont Flop and Words Are Weapons.
Zealot has already released three music videos, four freestyle videos and seven audio tracks. Zealot aims to finish the year strong with the release of his latest EP 'Helpless Dreamer, and if snippets across his social media are anything to go by, he appears on target.
