zekemoffit and the late juliets

It all started with Frank Jenkins a kid that got hurt in high school around 1973. I had the idea to do a benefit concert to help old Frank. Truth be told I just wanted to have a concert starring ME! Me and Ricky Ambrosia of course. Our families came, we played some songs and gave Frank about $532.00, it was great. Got out of high school and me and Rick put together THE BRIGHTON BAND. We were all the rage in Asbury Park as Bruce Springsteen was becoming the biggest act in the world and we were not, but again it was a lot of fun. For a little while after that Rick retired and I became just, JEFF MACPHERSON, which was handy because it's the name my parents gave me. Sometime later we became zekemoffit and the late juliets and things really took off. We've never made any money but boy was it fun. Along the way we got a publishing contract, a development deal with Capitol and recorded on every audio format known to man from analog reel to reel to digital stems and everything in between.
