Zeolite defiantly stand apart from their peers with a sound characterised by cold, bleak soundscapes backed by monolithic riffs and devastating aggression. Having carved a niche for themselves in the dense community of Australian metal, the band has gained notoriety following the release of their debut album Proselytism, which reached #4 on the AIR independent charts and earned widespread acclaim in both the Australian and international metal communities.
Zeolite's second LP, L'appel Du Vide, is set to release in April of 2025, delivering ten tracks of their signature visceral sonic assault. Produced by the bands guitarist Patrick Haas and mastered by the acclaimed Lance Prenc, the album showcases a refined compositional approach and guttural intensity, whilst retaining their signature bleak atmosphere. Showcased by tracks like Abyss and Hellion, Zeolite on L’appel Du Vide have pivoted to examine personal themes such as betrayal, loss, and struggle, serving to poignantly amplify the oppressive nature of their music.
