Zeptepi was born in 2001, in Melbourne, Australia. The band released 6 studio albums and a host of other bits and pieces, and performed over 350 gigs between 2004-2015. Singer/guitarist Phil Dean led an ever-changing cast of musicians and the band slowly evolved from a synth-soaked indie-rock act into a sea shanty-loving folk-rocking punk act. The band have been on an indefinite-hiatus since 2015, and Phil has released further material with The Gathering Tide, and The Snow Ponies.
