Zig Luve

Raised in New Jersey, Zig Luve is an upcoming hip hop artist/songwriter in the Tri-State area. Although his main genre of artistry comes as a rapper and a lyricist, he displays talent and versatility with his ability to diversify his music with harmonies, melodies, and a refreshing Neo-Soul sound on many occasions. Zig diversifies his content from being extremely thought provoking, and impressively introspective, to often being expressive, raw, and unapologetic.


Zig Luve’s music making journey came full circle in summer 2019 when he began sleeping on a couch in Brooklyn in order to record daily. However, it wasn't until being fired from his third corporate job in Manhattan, that he began to put his all into making music, subsequently releasing his first single, "I Should Be Dead". The single outlined his multiple near death experiences, and introduced Zig as a conscious, yet versatile artist, with the ability to tell captivating stories. His 3 song EP 'Luve & Drugs' has been his most successful release to date, introducing an undeniable bounce with a Lo-Fi sound, paired with raw and expressive lyricism. The project has garnered press from publications such as: Elevator, Medium, Hip Hops Revival, and Pandas & Smoke. Zig makes music to connect people based on the human experience, and draws from his own truths, and his worldly nature to do so. He most recently released his single 'Backseat', which just hit streaming platforms on February 18th.
