Timothy Zirindza Tsakma, popularly known as Zirra, is a Nigerian singer/songwriter based in Dubai. By being inspired by the likes of Peter Tosh, Fela Kuti, Lagbaja and Kid Cudi from an early age, he has been able to curate a sound that is unique to himself using his real-life experiences through living in: Houston, Manchester, now Dubai and most importantly his home town Lagos. To him music is simply his life. Recording his first studio recorded song with his former bandmates Nytro at the age of 14, it has taken him 8 years to build the confidence and professionalism to come out with his debut album. He joins some of the brightest and youngest musicians from Lagos, to create a project that can be presented and acknowledged as a brilliant piece anywhere across the world. With a deep and ever-growing passion for the music, Zirra aspires to be one of the greatest artists coming out of Africa.
