Zohar is an unpredictable composer and multi-instrumentalist (saxophone and piano), NYC-based. Zohar has finished his Bachelor’s degree at The New School and his Master’s at Manhattan School of Music. His music is like a cough syrup for a very wide spectrum of genres. (Yes, it will heal your cough if you listen to it!) It’s based in jazz, but his compositional approach travels to many different areas, like indie folk, Brazilian, medieval, and Bach. Zohar is trying to wake up and trigger emotions that are familiar but might be dormant or forgotten through his music, with the goal of healing and giving a warm hug to all the people
