Zonder Grond

<a href="spotify:artist:1CkzUHtHW0CjJTiQoR1AB3" data-name="Zonder Grond">Zonder Grond</a> is a folkband founded in the city of Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Their harmony-laden folk sound is influenced by old hero&#39;s like <a href="spotify:artist:74ASZWbe4lXaubB36ztrGX" data-name="Bob Dylan">Bob Dylan</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:06nsZ3qSOYZ2hPVIMcr1IN" data-name="J.J. Cale">J.J. Cale</a>, and modern folk bands such as <a href="spotify:artist:4EVpmkEwrLYEg6jIsiPMIb" data-name="Fleet Foxes">Fleet Foxes</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:4OyRutd80DZC22C4pl63l7" data-name="The Barr Brothers">The Barr Brothers</a>. The band was formed in the beginning of 2015 by the vocalists and multi-instrumentalists Daniël Hümbs, Daniël Toebes, and Kees Bruijns. A successful European tour in the summer of 2015 resulted in a thrive to record an EP. In the spring of 2016, their debut EP <a href="spotify:album:2VGsYrOxLQHTkNy1RFket6" data-name="Impressions">Impressions</a> was released and presented to the audience in tiny living rooms, atmospheric pubs, but also at larger festivals in the Netherlands.
Together with other friend artists <a href="spotify:artist:7fCQHoPgitIv7rXPv2x6jW" data-name="Niekse">Niekse</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4MjuUmrfuUPhSN5sLItvm2" data-name="You Should Get To Know Us">You Should Get To Know Us</a>, Galleons and Überhaupt, the &quot;Liedjescollectief&quot; (Song collective) was grounded in 2016. Since then, this collective organizes gigs and festivals, stimulates other upcoming bands, and releases records.
