Zopmanika, the brainchild of Bojan Taneski from Ohrid, Macedonia, is a dynamic Goa trance project rooted in Bojan’s early musical evolution. Born in 1992, he began his journey at age 14 through the guitar, inspired by the powerful worlds of rock and metal. In 2007 he co-founded a metal band, channeling the raw intensity of the genre, but his artistic direction shifted in 2011 when he discovered electronic music. Exploring FL Studio 8, Bojan immersed himself in sound design and gradually uncovered the magic and depth of Goa trance.
A pivotal moment came in 2014 when he crossed paths with Yanai Jascourt (Shivax), which opened the door to the renowned label Sita Records and welcomed him into the vibrant Nitzho Family. From there, Zopmanika’s presence rapidly grew, performing across Macedonia, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, and Turkey, shaping a reputation for energetic, uplifting, and immersive soundscapes.
Fueled by relentless passion, Bojan continues to craft new music while expanding his global artistic footprint. With every release, Zopmanika pushes the boundaries of modern Goa trance, staying true to its roots while evolving the genre’s spirit for a new generation of listeners.
