Zsela is a singer, songwriter, and creative conduit whose emotive contralto and art‑pop sensibility elevated to all new levels on her 2024 debut album, Big For You, on Mexican Summer. Produced with Daniel Aged and Gabe Wax, Big For You earned acclaim from the likes of Pitchfork as “an intimate, soulful project that spotlights Zsela’s versatile voice and the experimental touches that give the album its unique texture.” Since the release of her inaugural single Noise and the following EP Ache of Victory, Zsela has shared bills with Blood Orange, Cat Power, Caroline Polachek, MUNA, and Angel Olsen, and has performed on stages from Carnegie Hall in New York to the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles.
