Zz, The Slept On is an Alternative Hip Hop Artist and Producer of Italian and Nigerian descent hailing from the West Midlands. He is 1/4 of the Manchester based collective ; ROOTS RADDIX. Alongside the likes of Woddy Green , LayFullStop and IAMDDB. His creative character also stems to creation of his popular streetwear brand usedtotherain.
Zz is known for his versatility , old school hip hop flows and clear spoken persona. After releasing the first instalment of the Lava Lamp series “Lava Lamp pt.1 “ at the end of 2017. Via soundcloud (www.soundcloud.com/zztheslepton). Zz went onto releasing “Lava Lamp pt.2” and the “Wolf in the Woods EP” in 2018.
He returned in 2019 with the latest of the series “Lava Lamp 3” to end the decade off in style. Completing the year with the Sold out Lava Lamp 3 LIVE show which was hosted at the @pullupbarcafe in Manchester.
