About Therapy

Quick clarifications before I write:

- “Therapy” isn’t an established musical genre in the broad sense. The term is mainly used for music therapy (a field/practice) rather than a standalone genre. Do you want:
1) a descriptive piece about music therapy as a practice (its origins, pioneers, where it’s popular, and its cultural impact), or
2) a fictional, speculative description of a real-sounding, self-contained genre called “Therapy” (with invented artists and ambassadors) for creative or world-building purposes?

If you choose option 2, I’ll clearly label it as fictional. If you choose option 1, I’ll write a 500-word overview grounded in real history about music therapy, with founders, key organizations, and global presence.

Also, what tone would you prefer: concise academic, lyrical/narrative for enthusiasts, or journalistic? Once you pick, I’ll deliver the 500-word piece.
