171 (inaichi) is a Japanese new age rock band based on Japanese-National-Route-171, which runs through Kyoto-Osaka-Hyogo.
The three-piece sound is created by TAMURA Harunobu's unusually solid guitar and emotional shouts, Kana's destructive bass and her high tone voice that makes the songs pop and MORIMORI's passionate drums
The unadorned lyrics, sentimental melodies, and wild yet meticulous instrumentation are reminiscent of the heyday of rock music, while at the same time sharply penetrating into the daily lives of today's youth.
