Adult alternative pop ensemble 2AM Club make romantic, soul-inflected pop/rock centered around vocalist Marc Griffin. Formed in Los Angeles in 2007, the band eventually recorded a demo with producer and former <a href="spotify:artist:2x9SpqnPi8rlE9pjHBwmSC">Talking Heads</a> guitarist <a href="spotify:artist:1GkiKu2FJFSBrXSL8wKFzy">Jerry Harrison</a>. This led to an extended residency at the Derby in L.A., which drew attention to the band and helped build a strong local following. In 2008, the band signed with <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22RCA%22">RCA</a> and relocated to New York City.
