In the long line of Brooklyn MCs who crafted national hits out of local dance crazes, rapper 2 Milly falls after Bobby Shmurda, with his "Milly Rock" the worthy successor to Shmurda's "Shmoney Dance." The rapper came up through the Skull Gang, a Brooklyn crew who later changed their name to Stack Paper. The crew appeared in the video for "Milly Rock" when 2 Milly released it as a solo cut in 2015. By the end of that summer, the video had reached over a million views, while Travis Scott brought the Stack Paper crew on-stage during his performance at the influential N.Y.C. festival Hot 97 Summer Jam. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
