Hailing from Virginia, 52 Pickup fit in neatly with such fellow late '90s rockabilly revivalists as Reverend Horton Heat and Amazing Royal Crowns. Including just two guitars and an upright bass (led by founding member Brian McGuire), the band also contains elements of country and R&B -- resulting in a stage show that's become well known for it's over the top energy.
