Abby Clutario is a Filipino multi-instrumentalist, producer, composer and arranger, best known as the keyboardist, Chapman Stick player and former vocalist of the progressive rock band <a href="spotify:artist:5lIcJvJIeqHBLyjd12K6hp" data-name="Fuseboxx">Fuseboxx</a> and urban-folk group, <a href="spotify:artist:4i9T9D9lQ9VupxlgpbqkA1" data-name="HUMANFOLK">HUMANFOLK</a>.
It was in 2001 when she became part of fuseboxx as vocalist and keyboardist, the same year she began her professional career as a part of the (now defunct) San Miguel Master Chorale under National Artist for Music Ryan Cayabyab. It was with fuseboxx that her musical knowledge grew, discovering other possibilities in composing and arranging music that became a big part of the band’s musical style.
In 2009, Abby introduced the Chapman Stick to the band, taking away the need to find a bass player. Her multi-instrumental skills (playing the Stick and keyboards while singing) was recognized by the Stick community and garnered her a place with the featured artists in the Stick’s official website. To date, she's considered as the only Stick player and ambassador of the Chapman Stick in the Philippines.
Today, she manages to be a part of professional music ensembles such as ANIMA Choir and Strings, pop-indie jazz band <a href="spotify:artist:4ZeWV6GN7YsBQvsPAVFYgi" data-name="Lenses">Lenses</a> and world-fusion group Manila Sky. She does solo gigs by invitation as a singer-pianist/Stickist, music workshops, and is also a session musician for contemporary artists such as OPM Legend <a href="spotify:artist:2fonBGBLc7lUoikMqms5Zl" data-name="Noel Cabangon">Noel Cabangon</a>, Katutubong Diva <a href="spotify:artist:301vkLsUJgZZ05hWnT14YO" data-name="Bayang Barrios">Bayang Barrios</a> and world-folk artist <a href="spotify:artist:0pu1wIlONwzjRxXFMg3u0U" data-name="Cynthia Alexander">Cynthia Alexander</a>.
