Adam Griffin’s 25-year career kicked off in senior roles at major labels RCA/SONY where he commissioned remixes and marketed a plethora of releases that delivered number one albums and singles in the official UK Official Chart. He worked with artists from Beyoncé to P!nk and Sade, contributing to the half-million first-week US sales of Sade’s comeback album.
After years of commercial and underground experience, he co-founded Perfect Havoc in 2014, building it into a 360-degree music company with record label, artist management, club nights and publishing arm. As Head of A&R he steered Joel Corry & MNEK’s “Head & Heart” to No 1 and PS1’s “Fake Friends” to the UK Top 20. Alongside business partner Robert Davies, Griffin has driven Perfect Havoc to 11 billion global streams, six UK Top 20s and multiple platinum and gold awards.
As a producer, Griffin has amassed over 30 million streams on tracks with PS1, Simon Field, Tobtok, Todd Terry and Scott Forshaw. His 2025 single ‘All I Need’ with Andryx drew mass support, earning over 1,000 plays on international stations including BBC Radio 2, KISS FM and Slam FM, and A-List support from Martin Garrix, Fedde Le Grand, Oliver Heldens, R3HAB and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike.
A proven selector of quality of dance music, Griffin has travelled the world playing at iconic venues Eden Ibiza, The Cross (London) and at Future at Ministry of Sound under the Perfect Havoc banner.
