Hailing from a small town in Central Illinois, Adam Messer grew up surrounded by country music. Throughout high school, he developed a love for rock and roll and was the front man for the local-legend three-piece, Übermacht. In the years that followed, Adam began following blues and R&B out of St. Louis, Missouri. After a few short years, a couple bands, and a lot of local shows, he wrote and recorded his first solo EP, "Some Degree." His first single, "Trace," is a testament to his mixture of styles and genre, and provided early listeners a glimpse of what's to come upon the release of "Some Degree.”
