Adam Newling is an alt-country/rock songwriter and guitarist from Newcastle Australia, whose raw voice and honest storytelling have carved him a unique space in Australia’s music landscape. Raised in Cronulla by a first-generation Greek mother and an Aussie father, his music draws on country traditions while blending rock grit and poetic sensitivity.
After breaking out with his EP Half Cut and Dangerous – which has clocked millions of streams and landed “Sweetness” at #98 in the triple j Hottest 100, Adam cemented his reputation on the road, selling out his own national tours and joining Amy Shark on 16 sold-out shows across Australia. He went on to tour North America with SKEGSS, further broadening his international reach.
A frequent collaborator, Adam also co-wrote and performed on Ruby Fields’ ARIA #1 album Been Doin’ It For A Bit.
