First EP Project Out Now!

Addwell, born in Harare, Zimbabwe, is a Bournemouth-based UK artist blending hip-hop, trap, and R&B. Alongside his passion for football, he discovered a love for music in 2018. His first featured single, “Pick Up the Phone,” dropped in 2020, followed by his breakthrough solo track, “Looking At Me,” in 2021. Later that year, he released “Contagious” and “Lazy” in October.

Determined to showcase his versatility, Addwell uses his music to tell different stories across each track. His debut EP project, released in 2022, embodied this vision, with tracks like “Show Me” and “Paper Bandz” highlighting both sides of his artistry—blending rap, R&B, and hip-hop influences.

In May 2022, Addwell took a major step in his career by opening for Russ Millions at Halo, Bournemouth’s biggest nightclub, performing to a large audience. Shortly after, he released “Best That I Can,” which gained traction across local venues and was featured on Southcoastmusicshow radio, ranking 4th in the Top 25 Best Plays of 2022.

With patience, consistency, and drive, Addwell continues to build his core audience while balancing his two passions, football and music.
