Adverse

ADVERSE, originating from São Paulo/Brazil, has been making waves in the Death Metal scene. Founded in November 2022 by drummer Juliana Novo, one of the pioneers in the extreme music scene, known for her work since the late 90s with CRUCIFIXION BR, and virtuoso guitarist Michel Turim (ex-CRUSHING SOULS), the band quickly gained prominence, with its initial lineup featuring Jaque Albino on vocals and Patricia Schlithler on bass.

In December 2024, the young and talented Ana Martins (MECHANICAL MADNESS) joined the group, replacing Patricia Schlithler. Months later, Ana also became the vocalist, and the band became a power trio.

ADVERSE has already been impressing genre enthusiasts with the release of their first single, "Hawthorn's Whispers," followed by a music video produced by Starship Videos in October 2023. The band also made their stage debut in 2023, opening for the mighty SEPTICFLESH.
In 2024, they released a live session video and participated in the No Corre do Rock Fun Fest competition, finishing in second place.

Currently, they are dedicated to composing their highly anticipated debut album, which will be recorded in 2025.
