Raised in Luxembourg, born in Portugal, Ema Macara aka “ÆM” is an experimental pop producer,
vocalist and songwriter. Drawn to the ambiguity and mystery of the human condition, her project
aims to explore through music, the human experiences that words cannot describe.
In 2018, she discovered an exciting local music scene that inspired her to transform her natural
attraction to song-writing into a professional ambition. Since then she has gone on to perform all
over Luxembourg, opening in 2022 for “Novo Amor” and “Cavetown” in 2023.
Now, after a year long hiatus, she is back on the scene with her debut EP “Chaga”, a
“dangerously vulnerable” pop record, scheduled to released in November 2024.
