Agirê Jiyan or as the former name Agirê Jiyan Group was a Kurdish music group that performed its musical activities between 1992 and 2014.
Fire of Life has started its activities as one of the music groups of NÇM of Istanbul called "Koma Fire of Life". The group became known with their first album called "Bêhna Marz" and then continued their music work until 2014 with three more albums such as Helîn, De Were and Ashti.Agirę Jiyan was a Kurdish songwriter who wrote songs for the PKK guerillas. Her 1999 album Hęlîn included three songs written for female PKK guerillas who died in the civil war.The songs are called Zilan, Sarya, and Hęlîn, which are the nicknames of the guerillas.
