Alayo.

Alayo. is a Miami-based singer/songwriter, musician, and producer whose soulful sound takes listeners on a journey through her life and artistry. Born in New York City, her music blends raw emotion with intricate melodies that resonate deeply.

Her musical journey began at 9, taking guitar lessons and performing in her school’s choir. She later attended a performing arts high school, teaching herself to write and produce her own songs. In 2013, she formed the band Nostalgic Minds, performing on Telemundo, NBC 6’s In the Mix, and HQ Trivia.

In 2020, Alayo. released her debut solo album, Clouds in the Room, which received critical acclaim. She also wrote the title track for the independent film Underneath, winning ‘Best Song’ at the Vegas Movie Awards. She’s currently working on her next album and producing the debut project for rising powerhouse vocalist, Jezzivette.

In 2021, Alayo. won the Beat Battle Award by Hiatus Kaiyote, who selected her remix of their song “Get Sun” as the winner of their competition.

With her unique sound and undeniable talent, Alayo. is carving out her place in music, poised to make a lasting impact on the industry and become one of South Florida's most exciting musical artists.
