ALEK FIN is the moniker of Los Angeles based musician, composer, producer, and sound engineer Adam Finkel. His music is best described as “a perfect marriage of futurism and grounded traditionalism” (PopMatters), with an underlying blend of hopeful, melancholy overtones throughout. Since the release of his debut Mull EP in 2012, his records have seen nods from BBCR1, KEXP, KCRW, Billboard, MTV, FOX, TBS, Philip Selway (of Radiohead), and Jay Z. Recent credits also include: lead producer/engineer for the Webby Award winning app “MixLab” by Google and the “Syna EP” by Wesley Stromberg & Alek Fin.
