Hi class. My name is Alex Angelo—a singer, songwriter, producer, and DJ based in Nashville. I was born in Fort Myers, Florida. I grew up in Cleveland, and Cincinnati. We moved a lot when I was a kid. My dad worked in radio (why we moved around) and my mom is a music teacher.
Here’s the thing about my music: you can’t put it in a box. You’ll find some tracks that lean pop, some that lean country, and maybe some that don’t fit anywhere at all. I’m in Nashville, and I work with all kinds of music and artists. I just create what I like.
I don’t think people my age really care about genres—we listen to everything. So, I’m not going to confine myself to making music that only fits in one place. If you don’t vibe with a song, that’s cool... I’ve got another one coming in a few weeks.
At the end of the day, I hope people see my music as a reflection of my growth and journey. I am 24. I am still just gettting started. This is me, unapologetically.
