Alexander Grawoig (1988, USA) is a self taught artist and guitarist. Since 2008 he has been on a creative rampage, composing, recording, and releasing acclaimed music on a number of record labels (including Leaving Records, Preservation, and Shelter Press) as Deep Magic and D/P/I and toured with Sun Araw playing guitar, saxophone, and shaping the direction of the band over 6 years.
Exhausted from the arduous schedule of touring and recording, Alexander took a hiatus from music and built a successful website design agency and focused on business. Then, exhausted from entrepreneur life (just generally exhausted!), in 2022 Alexander returned to the roots of his music & art, as well as his family’s roots, and has adopted his great grandfather's original surname. Today, you can find him painting and playing guitar, forging his own language.
