Fast forward to 2006 where they reformed with drummer Jesper Persson and started to work on new material that resulted in the first album ”World Of Anger” (2009). The success of this album and the popularity of their concerts (Sweden Rock Festival etc), led to the release of their second album, “Free Falling” (2013). Their third full length album, “Unforgiven To Be Forgiven”(2018), followed with a Live EP “Live At Forum” (2018) the two 2018 releases featured guitarist Michael Helgé, whom later left the band.
During the progress of writing the following album Erixon collaborated with some other artists and wrote/co-wrote songs for Giant, Skills (Billy Sheehan and Brad Gillis) and Sweet Oblivion (Geoff Tate).
The band resulted in the critical aclaimed and more melodic album ”Butterfly” (2022). The band stiked while the iron was hot and released another album in the same vein ”Heaven tonight” (2024), also released in Japan. During the release, long time Keyboardist Glen Ljungkvist left the band and was replaced by Marcus Zerath.
With a new line up the band release the new album "Too bad to be good"
