alicirno (previously known as Aliチルノ) is a one-man project by a musician from Saint-Petersburg, Russia, started in April 2014. The music is mostly instrumental, taking roots and inspiration in such genres as post-metal, blackgaze, post-rock, ambient, metalcore and progressive metal with the elements of electronica/synthwave. Can be mostly characterized as Atmospheric Metal.

The 2021 full length album "The Darkest Hour" is about a journey through the deepest void of desparity. The death and rebirth of a soul, striving to heal inflicted wounds, almost dying completely but finding a way out at the last minute to rise and become stronger.
