Allan Strickland is a native Texan from Lubbock, residing in the Dallas area now.
He recorded his latest EP in Nashville in June of 2021 with Art Ward of Century Music Group.
Music has been a driving force in his life from his childhood. Allan studied music at Texas Tech University while serving as a music minister. Through the years of serving in ministry, his music taste and style has grown from the love of traditional hymns and choral music to contemporary Christian and Gospel music. Allan is fortunate to have a talented praise band that leads worship where he attends church, which also helped on his first cd with a depth of talent and musical mastery.
Allan is married to his high school sweetheart, who was also the inspiration for the song God’s Gift of Women on the Revival of Praise cd project.
He is inspired by his faith in God and relationship with Jesus Christ, who has put a song in his heart.
