ALONSO, is a rapper, songwriter, and latino artist from Hagerstown, Maryland. ALONSO has been involved in music since a very young age. His passion for old school rap and r&b would help inspire him to take on a career in music. Some of his biggest influences in music include Big L, Immortal Technique, Big Pun, 50 Cent, and Nas. While hiphop is his primary influence, he also has opened his mind to plenty of other genres, which inspires him to push the limits of his sound. ALONSO is the perfect blend of R&B, lyrical hip hop, and latino, bringing his fans a truly unique listening experience. ALONSO has began doing shows up and down the east coast, including shows at Club Oxygen (Baltimore), Club Charm (Baltimore), The Ottobar (Baltimore), Mainstage Morgantown (Morgantown, WV), and the Grand Piano Ballroom (Hagerstown, MD), and has opened for artists such as Dave East, Afroman, and 2 Live Crew. In addition to live performances, ALONSO is also a big community activist, pushing for safer communities for our future’s youth.
