Altschmerz itself is a psychological term that describes continuous worry, this term is also taken from German which means "wound". When this band was formed, Dickey invited the side project Rozzi and Haidar with a band with the Easy Listening genre, which means the main vocal can be heard by all ears and all genders, from young people to old people, but doesn't leave the instrument sound a little heavy, different from bands including Dickey, Haidar and Rozzi, whose genre is Hardcore Metal, namely FLAMEBURDEN.
