libra from inglewood⋆༺♱༻⋆ when i was 17, we put <a href="spotify:track:1kcYXhergVnh8F6qOZie6s" data-name="Pine &amp; Ginger">Pine &amp; Ginger</a> on soundcloud and it blew up and changed my life. <a href="spotify:artist:62DmErcU7dqZbJaDqwsqzR" data-name="Popcaan">Popcaan</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:1LKo6ZA3RNvKtLa6zDu32S" data-name="Kranium">Kranium</a> even remixed it.

in 2020 i released a small package of music called <a href="spotify:album:5lKqNcZS5s0eOwmK8TOw1T" data-name="minztape">minztape</a>. not a project, but a promise: 3 songs that were uploaded onto soundcloud between 2016 &amp; 2019 and later put on all platforms for the people who liked them.

in 2021, i released my debut EP <a href="spotify:album:6AOKgHrEw5Z37EFrhRHVYV" data-name="nice">nice</a> with bangers like <a href="spotify:track:0k6LRpP1C0XH7kOBEoiKtH" data-name="telly">telly</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:track:1NxCtk7ybnoLfNBBnMg5oM" data-name="slideshow">slideshow</a>. (no skips though, really.) i saw this project as my chance at a real reintroduction. i wanted to establish my artistic universe, which is diverse and expansive. (i have a wide range of influences. see my playlist, <a href="spotify:playlist:5t59Kq6M6xnH9ErF6k5UQt" data-name="the formative years">the formative years</a>.)

two years after that, i released <a href="spotify:album:3nR9KOMEB7VhY8PlyiK11d" data-name="Take What You Need">Take What You Need</a>. it’s a mixtape in its truest sense: no sonic cohesion or theme, just songs i had made over time that deserved to be released. this project, to me, was a deepening of the wide-ranging world that my art &amp; i live in.

months later, i released a deluxe to that mixtape called <a href="spotify:album:51g1AZkxAlkmqvv0QRAS2l" data-name="Take What You Need and Then Some">Take What You Need and Then Some</a> [mostly because i loved how the title sounded but also] because i wanted to put out some newer songs that didn’t really tell a story one last time before i got intentional &amp; thematic… which leads us to my EP, <a href="spotify:album:2sKQrhLFA3O4N1I47S39vO" data-name="Luvr">Luvr</a>: 6 sweet, pop-leaning love songs.
