Amra

Amra is a recording artist, singer, and songwriter. Born and raised in Mongolia, she has captivated fans and critics alike since 2014 with her mesmerizing vocals, storytelling, and magnetic stage presence. Inspired by the late, great artists such as Amy Winehouse, Teresa Teng, Sade, Lana Del Rey and more, her music embodies sophistication, while her lyrics delve into the forces and feelings of self-acceptance, self-love, healing, and independence. She digitally released her debut EP "Never" in 2020 and later released a deluxe version on vinyl.
Her hit records, including "Take Me There," "Never," and "All Night," have each accumulated over 10 million views on YouTube and held positions in the Apple Music Top 100: Mongolia's longest-running songs, with a 247-week streak. Amra is the first solo female act to perform at SXSW in both 2022 and 2023. She has had sold-out headline shows in Ulaanbaatar, Seoul, Tokyo, and Sydney, collaborating and sharing stages with independent rising artists in Asia. Amra made her acting debut with a visually stunning, short-film-like music video for her single "Close to You." Her music has received press coverage in global music magazines such as Bandwagon Asia, Music Press Asia, and Dialogue Magazine. Having established her alluring dominance independently in the Mongolian contemporary music scene, Amra is now poised to break barriers globally with her music.
