Swedish multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Andreas Gidlund has been covering most parts of the music scene for almost 20 years, performing and writing music for artists and own projects. He is a sought after free lance musician in various genres and also frequently composing and producing music.
Andreas started to make a name for himself in the early 2000`s with his band, Andreas Gidlund Quartet. Hundreds of gigs together resulted in an exceptional group sound. Andreas Gidlund Quartet became an inspiration for a whole generation of aspiring jazz students. Lots of energy and contemporary super swing.
With a trademark of good timing and bluesy melodies Andreas is also trying to combine melancholy feelings with a contemporary touch.
