Since beginning as the singer-songwriter project of singer and guitarist Brian Hughes in early 2020 the band has since gone from strength to strength, recruiting brother Martin Hughes on bass guitar and synth duties, with the line-up being completed by Steven Eddie on drums.
Since signing with L.A / Manchester based record label, Sound x3 (Orchard / Sony / Symphonic) the band have played shows across Scotland, including joining label mates Velvet Starlings on some of their UK tour dates. Angelica Mode have had some notable recognition during this time, not least in joining the likes of The Fratellis and KT Tunstall in performing a coveted Scotsman Session..
