"It's only a supergroup if you're really cool, so I won't mention that Angus Khan is littered with ex-members of sleaze/psyche semi-legends like Streetwalkin' Cheetahs, B-Movie Rats and Jesters of Destiny. All you really need to know is that they dress like Zodiac Mindwarp and they sound like AC/DC blowing up a school bus."—Sleazegrinder, Classic Rock Magazine.
Before the band imploded sometime around 2010, Angus Khan did in fact may a follow-up LP to their critically acclaimed debut “Black Leather Soul.” Recorded by Eric Palmquist (Mars Volta/Prima Donna), “The Wrath of Khan” expands on the bands heavy rock template to include Cooper-esque show glam (with horns!), doom and classic metal. Does this re-release signal a post-Covid reunion? Stay tuned…
