Anna Paspati is a Greek singer with roots in Sierra Leone, living and working in the vibrant city of Athens. With a degree in pop music theory and vocals from the London College of Music (LCM), she often feels that she possesses more than one voice, influenced by the eclectic mix of genres she loves, including trip-hop, neo-soul, and alternative pop.
Over her ten-year musical journey, Anna has performed in various funk, soul, pop, and rock cover bands. Since 2019, she has been a core member of the electro/avant-pop band <a href="spotify:artist:5j9xGivzEh6P4uKo22UvUg" data-name="Hume Assine">Hume Assine</a>, alongside Vangelis Orfanides and Alexios Antonopoulos. Their latest album <a href="spotify:album:4vmChO7eDC5IzEsXNbnEeh" data-name="ATHENS BLUES">ATHENS BLUES</a>, released in August 2023, weaves together ten captivating Athenian stories, beautifully interlaced with the band's own personal experiences and inspirations.
In recent years, Anna has also ventured into theatre, performing in plays and musicals like Hairspray, and lending her distinctive voice to films and Netflix series, including Bookmarks - Celebrating Black voices and KAOS.
